10am, plaza. Head to Neath then Bryncoch, Pontardawe, Mynydd-y-gwair, Ammanford and G.C.G for pitstop. Return home early'ish to watch the Tour.

Omg! Spot I hate you lol. Cracking ride today, only problem was the last time I rode that route I was a lot younger not to mention a lot lighter! Come on Wiggo!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent club run Spot, however, I had two out of body experiences and had to get off the bike twice!
 Well done to all the boys on today's ride with great views from the top of the hills. Home in time to see Wiggo confirm his tour win, and what a lead out he did to stop anyone coming through for Cav's fourth Paris win! Just awesome.  _______________ Born to ride  (Unless it's raining  ) |
