Member	Sorry there was no write up on last weeks rambler ride, but it was a good one with approx 58 miles covered from Plaza back to Plaza. The BBCR and the ramblers combined for the ride home from Llanelli with a banging tailwind all the way. Well done to Dai Triggs for matching the pace all the way home, and well done to Mike who did extremely well until his legs went just before the Ferry bridge. We have all been there and I know he is determined to improve, so it will come Mike. Going East tomorrow - Pen-y-bryn lanes, Tondu, Pencoed common, Waterton cross, golf range cafe, and home. Weather looks bad though, and if there is a safety issue then it might be better to leave it. However, I will be at the Plaza at 10, and we can decide there. _______________ Born to ride (Unless it's raining )

Member	Yep my legs died on me, but enjoyed the ride. Thanks to kev for helping me out and saying what to eat to recover afterwards. Shall be joining the team tommorrow. Mike
