Nevermind that chipper in France, this is where the real action is for the next week.

The Squadra have been deployed in this race:

Dan Pearson (Fresh from his win on the weekend and with a new jersey to show off)
James Tank Lewis (On form and will be dangerous on the flat)
Hefin 'Sausage' Price (Won Pembrey Tuesday night - will he repeat the feat in this race?)
Rowan 'Bynea' Marshall (Our man from the West who has guested in the Squadra before)

Updates as I get them!

Mixed bag for the boys in red and white yesterday.

On a rolling circuit Hefin made the break and got 10th, moving him up into 6th overall. Dan finished safely in the bunch, leaving him 19th overall, with Rowan also finishing safely in the bunch.

Tank on the other hand had a nightmare. Hoping to emulate his 3rd place on the same stage last year he instead found himself with a loose front caliper, which by the time he had fixed had left him far behind the bunch and riding around on his own just to finish.

A tough day beckons today, with a hilly stage (over Defynog 3 times) and a TTT. Good luck boys!
