A depleted Squadra Chrono (Me and Gambo) were all that entered the Welsh Championship 25mile TT On Sunday at Llandovery. The wind blew, showers came and went but this didn't stop Mr Gambling doing an excellent ride and earning himself the bronze medal on the way.... A 55:07 on the Llandovery course is pretty quick me thinks.

Starting with the Wind on your back, the first 3 miles on the back road flew by. As rough as the road surface is, with the benefit of of a strong tailwind, this was actually quite enjoyable.

A serious side wind through Llandovery made for an interesting time with the tri spoke and disk as you crossed the railway line but this was the least of the problems when we headed south to Llandeilo.

A strong headwind awaited us down the valley and the section through Manordeilo was a real Joy , the benefit was however, that we had a tail wind for the last 10 miles........ Bliss

I finished with a 1:3:49 which was OK on the day.
