Kicking off the season the Squadra in the shape of Mark and Curtis Stacey together with Tank all rocked up to contest the 2/3/4 event at Llandow on Sunday.

In wet and windy conditions there was much attacking from the Squadra with Tank forcing a split 1/3 of the way through the race, taking some strong riders with him from Team UK Youth.

In the end superior numbers and the more race miles of UK Youth got the better of our 100 kilo man but he still romped home in 2nd place, a fine start to the season against some strong opposition. Mark Stavey rounded out the top 10 with a fine 10th place.
