Administrator	I guess I must give my bike too hard a life, but I've managed to break the carrier! I'm not sure what the precise model of carrier is, and therefore what it is made of. Any advice to make this otherwise fine carrier last a bit longer, or is it a goner? The latest Super Galaxy seems to get a Tubus Cargo (£70), but this one is clearly the previous version, which as far as I can tell is completely nameless. LATEST: I've managed to find a site which indicates the carrier is made of alloy. Therefore it should be possible to weld it. Any welders out there? _______________ Electric bikes are great. Administrator	LATEST LATEST: It's not made of Alloy Steel, but Aluminium Alloy. Why do people use this stupid word? Anyway, I've now fixed it with some bolts and a piece of proper steel. Typical! The only part of the bike that's not made of steel is the only bit that goes and breaks. Any lessons there? _______________ Electric bikes are great.
