I have used them for about two years. I can't use the look type as my knees don't like it when my feet are kept in one place. Th espeedplays are great. One word of caution, the first time you stand up and pedal it's odd.

I've used them for many years. I bought all my pedals used and have never needed to change the cleats, they are a very durable system. They offer great float, are very lightweight and the cleats fit any shoe with a Look 3 hole fitting. I have the Ti and stainless axle version and even have aftermarket alloy plates on two sets to make them even lighter. The only downside is they have a very small profile so can cause you to have hotspots on some shoes with flexible soles, they seem to work better with rigid carbon soled shoes.
