Chippo's on the watch, I'm there to push-off and to take the numbers for next week.
Remember that tonight is the last night for a 19.00hrs start but with the nights drawing in then it might be an idea to get an LED tail-light on (although we all know it's not a magic forcefield). _______________

I had a real, real, real near miss with a car on the Glais roundabout in broad daylight, wearing our rather non-camouflage red-white-green kit on a bright red bike. The driver only finally noticed me when I was right in front of their bonnet, by this time frantically pedalling away from them, but knowing that in about 1 to 2 seconds I would be disappearing right under their front wheels.
I really don't know what any cyclist can actually do to be seen these days. _______________
Electric bikes are great. They give ordinary people the chance to know what it feels like to be me. |
