Another win today for the Strada squad ,James, won at Llandow in the senior event, with a depleted squad , senior member Davey , off at the DORSET 3 DAY with his chums of Veloriders. but we gained RHYS G RAVELLE in his first event of the season after studying for his A LEVELS. Attacks went from the gun with Hefin(is it my turn again today)taking off with 3 others , and joined at lap 3 by Curtis , after several laps away and a gap of approx five hundred metres, James decided to join them and bridged the gap on his own splitting the field , but the move was doomed to failure, , several quiet laps followed when a break of 10 got away , eventually lapping the field with three laps to go. James taking the sprint from his nemesis Richy Harris of Cwmcarn (who also recorded a 20 50 something in the WELSH 10 MILE CHMP earlier in the day)Hefin coming in 9th and our "new boy"Rhys coming in 10th, An excellent result for the Squadra

I got 3rd in the 1st stage of the Tour of Dorset. Started the next day 1 point off the green jersey only to crash out on a corner (it was pissing down all day) and dislocate my thumb and pack. D'oh!!

Sorry to hear about the hand Davey,hope all else is well, we need you for the weekend,, congrats on the 3rd position

Ha ha! Saddle a little scuffed but more or less ok thankfully! It was so wet I just slid so I think it saved a lot of damage!

I did get a cool picture out of the weekend though:

Yeah I wore VR kit, peer pressure. I wore PT kit in the prologue though.
