Hi All,
As most of you are aware, Vernon has been in hospital over the last week or so and I can now confirm that he has had his operation and is beginning his recuperation.

The good news is that initial signs suggest the operation was a success and he is already out of the high dependancy unit. Obviously having had such a major operation he is sore, but all in all he is in good spirits.

I'm sure you will all join me in wishing him a speedy recovery and heres hoping to see him back on the bike in the very near future. With his new found strength to weight ratio I'm sure he is looking forward to kicking some butt on a few climbs.
