Hi All,

With the co-operation of Maindy Flyers, who are running a Youth stage race on Llandow on 16th May, I am promoting a veterans and women’s only criterium at 12.00am.

The format will be 45 minutes plus 5 laps, with a couple of primes thrown in if entries allow. Separate prizes (subject to at least 5 entries in the women’s race) and separate points (band 4) for both categories!!

Both ‘races’ will start together
