Anthony wants to know if anyone fancies giving him a good old fashioned kicking this coming wednesday. I thought maybe go up the Bwlch and down ogmore valley for a laugh

If the weather is OK I will be out ready to receive a kicking, haven't been on a bike for over 2 weeks.

Same here Jeff. If the weather is ok I'll be out. Have had a virus and still feel a bit under the weather.
