Last race of the series tonight and it's time to start building the tension! Tank and Disco will be present, anyone else fancy giving it a go? There are 'Go-Race' events that start at 7.00pm for 4th cats and novices if anyone wants to try their hand at racing!

No 'Go-Race' tonight..... Ajax only booked 3!!

Squadra strada reporting again, James finished 2nd again tonight, having held off the might of the OGMORE who turned up to ride with 3 riders(they must have thought it was part of the Magic Dragon series),about 22 other brave souls turned up to ride,in cold but dry conditions, our squad missing one rider (shame Davey), having been given some duff info about some rain. Several attacks took place but the most anyone got was a half lap,James being a marked man and all his efforts were contained,and the race came down to the inevetable sprint, James being pipped on the line by Andrew Davies of Cardiff Axax. never the less James won the series with two 1st places and two second places, a well deserved win which brings an end to the 2009 road campaign.

Hearty congratulations to James, well done mate. And whilst he wasn't there last night well done to Davey on his domestique duties.

Oops! After ringing every Cardiff contact I knew last night, who all told me it was raining I made an executive decision not to go out into the cold and wet! (Wasn't a hard decision!). Was looking forward to the race but I suppose I can take the enthusiasm into the winter and some track leagues instead.

Well done to James for another good result last night, and for wrapping up the series!
