On his first big night out training (chaingang) with the JIFFY's rumour has it Charles has decked it and broken his collarbone!!

Yep, it seems when Jif said they would like to give Charels a 'crash course' in Cardiff cycling he took it a bit literally!
Let this be a lesson to you all, the Port Talbot gods are easily angered! I'm sure with all the time he and CJ will be spending together in fracture clinics CJ will soon talk him round and make him realise his mistake!
