Kickings on club runs are for numpties !!!!
If your gonna kick my ass, then do us a favour do it in a race where its worth trying !!!!
Or is there gonna be yet another excuse for that such as "i-cant-race-itus", or will u be suffering from blistered fingers and piles from sitting down on the internet all day long !!

Apparently you were seen last night and Dave Smith was only a couple of hundred yards behind the bunch !
Suggestion ... why don't you ride up and down Village road ( from the Cricket club to Morrisons roundabouts ) where you can ride until you pass and meet each other.

good idea Anthony - last week rode in opposite direction until i met Tim. Must have been a couple of mile off the bunch all night last night cos saw nobody- or was i off the front . No, got to be off the back otherwise they would have caught be up. So can we say that for the first 10 mins we ride between two roundabouts so we can all meet up.

Bit unfair people who turn up on time to hang between the 2 roundabouts for the slow coaches !! (only joking), we didnt start till 5 past last night, anyone who turns up later just ride in oppoosite direction only 1 lap at the very most it will take for the later starters to find us then !!. Or better idea would 6.30 be better? so every one has got time to get back from work then down to the moors?, no excuse then for turning up later, plus the road get noticably quieter after 6.30.

Right! lets not get bogged down with riding in one direction for x amount of minutes and then in another direction for y amount of minutes waiting for the late comers. If you can't make the start just ride around the course in the opposite direction, it worked for John H yesterday. The time ain't set in stone I just said I'd be there between 6 and 7:30 and if anyone wanted to join me anywhere inbetween, you would be more than welcome, so if you can't make it 'till 6:15 and want to stay on 'till 7:45, Fill your boots!

Well! ROCKET SCIENCE IT AIN'T, If you can't be there for 6:00 ride the course in an anti-clockwise direction until you see other riders coming in the opposite direction, if there's anyone there you recognise, chances are it's the P.T.W.C.C. evening training ride.
Phase 2, on seeing the afore mentioned ride turn 180 degrees an cross over to other side of carriage way and procede to regain the other ride attendees. If that ain't a plan I don't know what is.

Paul don't take this the wrong way, but either join the club and ride a bike or keep quiet, not only is this my opinion, but the opinion of several other club members. The posts you put on this site have the potential of being quite damaging and how a NON cycling, NON member feels experienced enough to comment on CLUB and CYCLING matters defies all reason.

Consider this .......
Cold / Freezing / Icy roads
Christmas approaching
... shopping
..........overtime to pay for the shopping
.... ... xmas partying
Thursday track sessions ....
Couple of you away
I know of at least ONE person who hasn't been out because of lack of numbers ( which obviously accentuates the situation !!! )
How about starting again AFTER the New Year and then just having ONE night ( maybe a Tuesday night ) until numbers build up
