Hi All
For all those who are thinking of going on this Sundays club run. Spot has asked me to let everyone know that this week its the Gower Bike ride on behalf of the British Heart Foundation. He intends that the club run takkes part and as a result, the Club Run will be leaving the Plaza at 10:00am sharp as anyone wishing to officially enter the ride needs to sign on before 10:00 AM  |

AH !!! That explains alot !! wondered why i see a few outside the plaza at 9 b4 i did an hour loop to meet back at 10 when there were only me, john and striker there !!! damn !!! fancied doing the gower bike ride too this year !! DOH !! had a kickin of stricker instead tho
