Yep Here Here, Excellent Ride Curtis, and also I believe, Dai Triggs who seems to keep improving those personal bests every time he rides at the moment.

On the subject of Records, Anyone know what the club records are, and if anyone does, maybe that is something we could host on the web page?

Hi Alf

I Spoke to CJ and he said he thinks he only ever did a 55 as a Junior so He did say that Rod put together a booklet of all the records at one stage. He also said you may have a copy.

Has anyone else got a copy of it or something later?

(Vague stirrings of memory)

Nothing on disk but I can remember that handbook and the garish purple and orange flashes of colour on the cover so I'll have a look for it asap.

I have located a club handbook 1990 vintage, 25 mile Junior record C Jones 1981 55m 37s.
Well done Curtis looks like the record could be yours.

you could take a good 4 mins of CJ's time though, with todays equipment and the coarse.
still, I'm not complaining!

A new target for you Curtis...

Port Talbot's skinniest 'Fat Jockey' Jonny Ingarfield did a long '53' (2003-ish)

Just for the record, Jonny Ingarfield (a very modest young man) reckons that there is a possibility that Richard Davis might hold the club junior 25 record.
